The emblem of KJEI's Trinity Academy of Engineering, Yewalewad (KJEI Trinity) features a brown shield with orange and brown outlines featuring the monogram of ‘KJS’ with a twig of three leaves and a factory. The name of the college is written above the motifs and the initials ’KJEI’ is written below. A pair of lions support the shield and a motif of Sri Mahesamurti or Trimurti of Elephanta Caves crests the shield. Below the shield, on a brown banner, the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘न हि ज्ञानेन सदृशं (पवित्रमिह विद्यते)’ (Shloka 38, Chapter 4, Srimad Bhagavad Gita) meaning ‘In this World there Exists No Purifier Comparable to Knowledge’ is inscribed. At the bottom ‘Trinity’ is written. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery;  the two lions flanking the shield symbolises strength, courage, and protection; the icon of Sri Mahesamurti symbolises the three faces representing the three essential aspects of Shiva ‘creation, preservation and destruction.

DIRECTORATE OF FORENSIC SCIENCE SERVICES During 1983, the then Scientific Advisory Committee to the Cabinet (SAC-C) under the overall guidance of an Expert Committee chaired by Prof. M. M. Sharma, FRS, recommended that the laboratories in Delhi, Calcutta and Hyderabad must be developed as Science and Technology institutions, functioning in an autonomous fashion. Accordingly, the Government of India declared the forensic science Institutions, as Science and Technology institutions. In the first phase, the three Central Forensic Science Laboratories at Calcutta, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh were restructured into six scientific division viz.
