SCOPE GLOBAL SKILLS UNIVERSITY

Scope Global Skills University (SGSU) has been established vide an act of Madhya Pradesh Assembly in January, 2023  under UGC 2F, with the objective of ‘Education with Skill’ and aims at making youth of the country ‘Skill Smart’. The logo of the university has a monogram of its acronym in orange and purple shaped in the form of a leaf  with an orange arrow head at its top right corner. Its name is written on its right in two lines and its motto ‘Onwards & Upwards’ is written at the bottom. The shape of a leaf symbolises hope, renewal, revival and perpetual growth; the arrowhead signifies protection and strength; the colour orange symbolises energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness and the colour purple symbolises dignity, devotion and independence.

The wheel is ensconced by a red circular border inscribed with the name of the college in English and the name and place of the college in Devanagari. Gautama Buddha represents peace, wisdom, mindfulness and the rich historical heritage of Gaya (Bodh Gaya), where he achieved enlightenment. The abhaya mudra symbolises overcoming the fear of the unknown, imparting confidence, and offering protection and reassurance to students on their learning journey. SAMBALPUR UNIVERSITY The Sambalpur University Act was passed by the Odisha Legislature on December 10, 1966 and the University started functioning from January 1, 1967. The university was inaugurated on January 4, 1967. In 1973 the University was shifted to the present campus named Jyoti Vihar at Burla. The emblem of the university has the motifs of gear wheels, chimney and electric transmission tower representing industry; plough representing agriculture; deer representing the local wildlife; an open book denoting knowledge and wisdom; a torch symbolising light, truth and power; the Wheel of Konark symbolising Odisha’s culture and history and river symbolising Mahanadi. All these are ensconced by a circular border and along the border the name of the university is written. The motto of the university in Sanskrit ‘विद्यया विन्दतेऽमृतम्’ (Verse 4 II, Kena Upanishad) meaning ‘By Self-knowledge Immortality is Attained’ is written at the bottom of the emblem.

ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES JODHPUR All India Institute of Medical Sciences Jodhpur (AIIMS Jodhpur) is one of the six new AIIMS established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) with the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining self sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education. Its circular insignia in gold and blue has the traditional symbol of the Caduceus to represent medicine. This symbol derives from Hermes or Mercury, the winged messenger and a staff intertwined by two snakes. It is crested by its motto in Sanskrit ‘सर्वे सन्तु निरमयाः’, meaning ‘Let them all be Free of Illness’ and below this it is supported by a pair of laurels.
