THE TAMILNADU DR. J JAYALALITHAA MUSIC AND FINE ARTS UNIVERSITY

The Tamilnadu Dr. J Jayalalithaa Music and Fine Arts University (TTDJJMFAU) was exclusively to foster, popularise, promote the music and fine arts so as to preserve traditional systems of Indian music, performing arts and fine arts practised in Tamilnadu. The circular logo has a green circular border, which carries the name of the university in Tamil and English. Inside the border on a grey background of gopuram - the emblem of the Government of Tamilnadu, silhouette images of a dancer, painter and a sculptor supported by a violet veena are placed. Below the veena an open and a traditional lamp is kept atop a pedestal which carries the motto of the university in Tamil ‘பயிற்சி பண்படுத்தும்’ meaning ‘Practice Makes Perfect’. The open book denotes knowledge and wisdom and the traditional lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity.

PRADHAN MANTRI KHANIJ KSHETRA KALYAN YOJANA The pictorial motif of Pradhan Mantri Khanij Kshetra Kalyan Yojana (PMKKKY) has a yellow segment surmounted by an orange swoosh referring to sun life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity. The sun houses the motifs of mounts of earth, minerals, a mining cart, a tree, a house, a full sun and a happy family supported by a brown swoosh and a cyan swoosh. The motifs represent the ideal mining community and its welfare orientation. This assemblage is supported by an orange banner, inscribed with the name of the Foundation in white.
