THE TAMILNADU DR. J JAYALALITHAA MUSIC AND FINE ARTS UNIVERSITY

The Tamilnadu Dr. J Jayalalithaa Music and Fine Arts University (TTDJJMFAU) was exclusively to foster, popularise, promote the music and fine arts so as to preserve traditional systems of Indian music, performing arts and fine arts practised in Tamilnadu. The circular logo has a green circular border, which carries the name of the university in Tamil and English. Inside the border on a grey background of gopuram - the emblem of the Government of Tamilnadu, silhouette images of a dancer, painter and a sculptor supported by a violet veena are placed. Below the veena an open and a traditional lamp is kept atop a pedestal which carries the motto of the university in Tamil ‘பயிற்சி பண்படுத்தும்’ meaning ‘Practice Makes Perfect’. The open book denotes knowledge and wisdom and the traditional lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The logo of the university has a blue and green abstract pictorial of ‘U’ and on its right a wordmark of its name in capitals thin serif letters with smooth transition of strokes. The counter of the ‘U’ is filled blue and a stroke of blue and green flows across diagonally from left to right top. This is further cut out by another ‘U’ at the top right corner. The logo is modern, trendy and attractive.
