On a banner placed above the shield, the name of the college is written and the banner placed below the shield is inscribed with the motto of the college ‘Discipline Duty Devotion’. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the towers of the places of worship refer to divine blessings and guidance; the book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; and the women holding the lamps symbolise light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity.
