The emblem of Government Arts and Science College, Srivilliputhur (GASC Srivi) features an image of the gopuram of Sri Srivilliputtur Arulmigu Andal Sametha Rangamannar Temple, a traditional lamp and an open book. The motifs are ensconced by a yellow circular border with red outlines inscribed with the name of the college and its place in Tamil. The temple refers to history, heritage, and divine blessings and guidance; the lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; and the book refers to learning, knowledge, education and wisdom.

14 CORPS The 14 Corps of the Indian Army is a part of the Army’s Udhampur-based Northern Command. It was raised after the Kargil War in 1999, to control troops in Ladakh.
