The emblem of All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society's College of Engineering (ALSSMSCOE) features a statue of Chhtrapati Shivaji mounted on a  galloping horse placed in a shield with red outlines. Below the shield, on a red banner, the motto of the college in Marathi ‘सत्याला मरण नाही’ meaning ‘Truth is Eternal’ is inscribed. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj represents courage, vision, pride, and a legacy of valour, inspiring future generations within the institutions. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.
