The emblem of SRM Dental College (SRMDC) features a red monogram of ‘SRM’ holding a tooth crested with Staff of Aesculapius with a pair of wings, supported by its initials ‘SRMDC’ at the bottom and a pair of laurels on the sides. On a yellow banner placed on the laurels, the tagline of the college is written. The motifs are ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name of the college and its motto ‘Esthetics Ethics Excellence’. The Staff of Aescuplapius denotes medicine and medical profession; and the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.

The motifs are supported by a banner inscribed with ‘Electronics’ and another banner inscribed with its motto ‘Manpower Development’. This assemblage is ensconced by a gearwheel and superscribed with an atomic structure. These are ensconced by its name and a pair of laurels. The atomic structure refers to the science of engineering; the gearwheel refers to interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; and the elephants represent the State of Kerala.
