The yellow circular emblem of Adaikala Matha College (AMC Vallam) features a lotus supporting a traditional lamp surmounted by the tagline of the college in Tamil ‘பண்புடன் பணிவு’ meaning ‘Characteristic Humility’ ensconced by circular border inscribed with the motto of the college ‘தன்னம்பிக்கை, உறுதி, உழைப்பு’ and ‘Faith, Persistence, Perseverance’. Below the seal, on a banner, the name of the college is written. The lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; and the lotus denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty.
