The emblem of Government Arts and Science College, Idappadi (GASC Idappadi) features the motifs of the blades of a windmill, a chakra, an open book, a microscope, a pair of hoes and a pair of laurels placed within a circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. Below the seal, on a blue banner, the motto of the college in Tamil ‘கசடற கற்க கற்பிக்க’ meaning ‘Learn and Teach Thoroughly’ is inscribed. The windmill blades refer to environment and the local means of power generation; the chakra refers to village and village industries; the hoes refer to agriculture and farmers; the microscope refer to science; the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; and the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The bank's tagline is 'Aapka Bank, Aapke Dwaar'. The logo of the bank has a red circle superimposed by three parallel yellow strokes in unequal lengths flowing freely, upwards.
