The emblem of Jeyaraj Chelladurai College of Arts and Science (JCCAS) features a shield inscribed with the initials ‘TCAS’ supported by an open book and torch with flame and surmounted by five stars. The motto of the college 'Where Success Begins' is written on a banner placed below the initials. The shield is supported by a pair of laurels. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the five stars symbolise best in class, achievement and very high ranking; the book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; the torch with flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; and the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

AMITY UNIVERSITY RAJASTHAN The emblem of Amity University Rajasthan (AU R) has a shield divided into yellow and dark blue sections. The dark blue portion is a left to right upward sweeping stroke, bearing the name of the university. The yellow portion has a torch, the flame of which is written using its acronym. There are logos for each of the protected tea regions: Darjeeling, Assam Orthodox, Assam CTC, Dooars CTC, Dooars Terai, Nilgiri Or thodox, Nilgiri CTC and Kangra tea. CENTRAL WATER COMMISSION The circular seal of the Central Water Commission has a five petalled flower with a water dam, a powerline on sea water, a borewell pump, plants of cereal and a high tension transmission line each placed inside a petal. The flower is placed in an orange circle and this assembly is ensconced by a yellow circular border, on which its name in Devanagari and English and its motto in Sanskrit ‘आपो ज्योति रसोऽमृतम’ meaning ‘May That Awakens Our Intelligence’ are inscribed. The motifs inside the petals refer to the applications of water in daily life of society.
