SRI CHAITANYA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
In 1986 after practising medicine in the UK and Iran for sixteen years, Dr. B.S. Rao and his wife Dr. Jhansi Lakshmi Bai Boppana returned to India to start the first Sri Chaitanya school in Vijayawada. This was the starting point for the establishment of Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions. The logo of the institution has a waterbody with lotuses, with a backdrop of mountains and rising sun, above which a feather stick of peacock, a flute with a swan head and a book with Lord Ganesah are placed. These are ensconced in a circle. This circle is further encompassed by a rainbow circle eccentrically. These are supported by a red banner on which its name is written. The rising sun represents new dawn; mountains mean new things to discover; the water body means vastness and unfathomable wonders; lotus means wisdom and purity from impure; book is the source of knowledge; Lord Ganesha’s blessings for overcoming challenges, peacock’s feather means grace and serenity; flute with swan head means the resonance of air and the style and grace of swan and the rainbow circle means the colourful and vibrant world out there and the students’ life ahead. This logo encompasses all the five essential elements of nature for inspiration and guidance.

The emblem of the university is circular and made up of elements in yellow, orange and red shades. At its centre is the map of Rajasthan State with a staff encircled with a pair of serpents and wings symbolising Greek and Roman Gods of health called Hermes and Mercury adapted as a symbol of modern medical science along with the year of its establishment ‘2006 A.D’. The map is encircled by a pair of twigs of leaves which in Western philosophy symbolises Olive branches which is an expression of peace, love and harmony. Indian philosophy depicts the vanaspathi (also called aushadhi) held in the hands of Dhanvantri (God of Indian medicine), which is the source of all medicines. PRADHAN MANTRI JAN AROGYA YOJANA Ensuring good health cover or quality hospital services for the citizens of India, the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) was launched in 2018 by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Also known as the Ayushman Bharat Yojana or the National Health Protection Scheme, the initiative aims at making required interventions in the healthcare systems in the country. The PM-JAY logo shows the expanded form written in Devanagari script at the top. The middle part shows the icon of a human being sitting in an upright position and is preceded by petals of a flower, which symbolizes sound health and wellbeing. This spot also mentions आयुष्मान भारत in Devanagari script, which indicates longevity or long life of human beings. The acronym of the scheme is given at the bottom.

THUMS UP Thums Up was created in 1977, after the American company Coca Cola withdrew from India. The Chauhan brothers owned part of the Parle company and already had two other brands of soda, Limca and Gold Spot, which were popular in India at the time. In the year 1993 Coca Cola bought the Parle owned drinks Gold Spot, Limca and Thums Up. The original Thums Up logo was a red hand gesture with a slanted, white, sans-serif typeface. This would later be modified by Coca Cola with blue strokes and a more modern-looking typeface.

COIR BOARD The circular seal of Coir Board has a motif of the cross section of a coconut fruit revealing central cavity, solid albumen, embryo, endocarp, mesocarp and epicarp in yellow ochre and black ensconced by a black circle. This is placed in a circular border with the outline of coconut coir rope. The name of the Board is written on the border in Devanagari and English.

TUNGABHADRA BOARD The emblem of Tungabhadra Board (TB) has the dam on Tungabhadra river supported by a lotus with leaves in a waterbody. The dam is ensconced by a yellow circular border which is inscribed with the name of the Board. The emblem is crested with the Lion Capital, the National Emblem of India. The lotus represents purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty.
