THIRUVALLUVAR UNIVERSITY
The Thiruvalluvar University was established in Vellore district of Tamilnadu by the Government of Tamilnadu in October 2002 under the Thiruvalluvar University Act, 2002. The emblem of the university has a shield supported by a banner placed in a dark green circular background. On the shield the picture of the Thiruvalluvar seated is placed on top and below this a pair of praying hands, lotus with leaves on water and an elephant are placed. The banner is inscribed with its motto in Tamil ‘கண்ணுடைய ரென்பவர் கற்றோர்’ meaning ‘Only Learned have Vision’. The dark green circle is ensconced by a cream colour border, which bears the name of the university in Tamil and English. The shield signifies protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; praying hands symbolises obedience, submission, sincerity, repentance, veneration and respect in regard to one's higher power; lotus on water denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles; divine beautyand elephant signifies power, strength, unity and wisdom and the dark green colour signifies fertility, money and drive.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

The name of the college is written in green on the right. GLOBAL CENTRE FOR NUCLEAR ENERGY PARTNERSHIP Global Centre for Nuclear Energy Partnership (GCNEP) comes under the purview of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) of Government of India. The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English. The motto of the institution is written along the circumference in Devanagari ‘राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु’ meaning ‘Atoms in the Service of the Nation, above and below respectively in grey. The taglines are supported on either side by Indian National Tricolour stripes.
