Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) is an autonomous institution established in 1989 by the Department of Science and Technology of Government of India to commemorate the birth centenary year of Jawaharlal Nehru. The centre was recognized as an Institution Deemed to be University by University Grants Commission in 2002. The emblem of the institute has a tower carrying the flame on the cauldron atop. The tower is superscribed by the initials of Jawaharlal Nehru and at the bottom its acronym is written in blue sans serif font. The flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power.

SARVA HARYANA GRAMIN BANK Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank (SHGB), Haryana’s Apna Bank (हरियाणा का अपना बैंक) came to existence on November 29, 2013 under RRB Act 1976, out of amalgamation of Haryana Gramin Bank (Sponsored by PNB) and Gurgaon Gramin Bank (Sponsored by Syndicate Bank), through gazette notification No. S.O. 3536(E), dated November 29, 2013 by the Government of India and became the sole Regional Rural Bank of the State with Headquarter at Rohtak. The emblem of the bank has a monogram of its acronym placed inside a green gear wheel supported on either side by a crown of wheat, which are ensconced in a brown sprocket wheel. Its tagline ‘सर्व सम्मान… सर्व उत्थान…’ meaning ‘All Honour… All Exaltation’  is written in Devanagari at the bottom of the emblem. INDIA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LEGAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH The Bar Council of India Trust took the initiative to establish the India International University of Legal Education and Research in Goa (IIULER). It was established by the Bar Council of India Trust - Pearl First through a Statute of the Goa Legislature. The emblem of the university is a brown colour shield with thick golden borders holding the motifs of the globe and a map of India. The name of the university surmounts these motifs. The acronym of the university’s name is written on a golden banner below the shield. At the bottom the name of the promoters are written. The globe and the map of India symbolise the domain and scope of the university and its range of studies; the colour gold symbolises wealth, prosperity, power, prestige and achievement and the colour brown denotes earthiness, simplicity, stability, humility, warmth, reliability, endurance, timelessness and tradition.

CHAITANYA Chaitanya ‘Deemed to be University’ was founded by the Viswa Bharati Education Society (VBES) in 1991. The emblem of the university has Goddess Saraswati, the God of learning, knowledge and wisdom placed on the map of India in a circle. This is crested by an open book, which supports a rising sun. All these are placed in a light yellow coloured circle. This circle is circumscribed by a blue border with a red borderline carrying the name, status and the address of the university. At the bottom, on a light green banner its motto ‘तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय’ (Yajnavalkya,1.3.28, Pavamana Mantra, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘Lead me from Darkness to Light’ is written. The aim of the Command is to maximize effectiveness of training and establish a dedicated organization for formulating concepts and doctrines, which are specifically applicable to our operational environment. The Army Training Command (ARTRAC) came into being on October 1, 1991 at Mhow in Madhya Pradesh. It subsequently shifted to Shimla on March 31, 1993.
