The emblem of Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology (JUET) has a light blue colour circle on which a globe is placed on which a torch is placed. Around the blue circle the name of the institute is written. All these are supported by its acronym ‘JU’ written in blue colour bold experimental font, wherein the dots above ‘j’ is depicted as human head. At the bottom the motto of the university in Sanskrit ‘विद्या तत्व ज्योतिसमः’ meaning ‘The Element of Knowledge is Equal to Light’ is written. The globe symbolises education, knowledge, influence, timelessness, global unity and interconnectedness and the torch is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power.
