Atria University, Bengaluru was founded in 2018 by the Atria Group, which manages Atria Education. The university claims itself as a ‘liberal sciences university’ and its unique model of higher education aims to empower student, who can build sustainable global communities. Atria University is a Karnataka State Private university. The emblem of the university is a monogram of its acronym in which ‘A’ is written without its horizontal bar in blue purple colour and ‘U’ is written in malachite green colour. The colour blue purple symbolises dignity, devotion, wonder, excitement, strong beliefs, strong relationship  and independence and the colour malachite green symbolises regeneration and rebirth.
