Career Point University (CPU) located in Kota Rajasthan was established in 2012 by Himachal Pradesh legislature through Career Point University Act No. 12 and is empowered to confer degrees under Sec 2 (f) and 22(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. This university is established by the Career Point Group, which has been in the field of education since 1993. The university offers a range of programmes in engineering and technology, computer application and information technology, sciences, business management, legal studies, pharmaceutical and health sciences, Ayurveda, hotel management  and hospitality, journalism, tour and travel management, digital marketing management, microbiology, medical microbiology, arts, commerce, yoga, naturopathy, artificial intelligence, data science, physical education, language etc., from undergraduate to doctoral levels. The emblem of the university is a wordmark of its name and place in blue and red respectively in classic serif font in capitals.
