TAMILNADU NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY

Tamilnadu National Law University (TNNLU) was established by the Government of Tamil Nadu by an Act of State Legislature (Act No. 9 of 2012) to provide quality legal education at the global level. TNNLU is the brainchild of the former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa. The violet coloured circular emblem of the university has the motifs of a two-pan beam balance weighing scale, supported by a pair of hands and topped by a wheel. The wheel signifies life and its continuity, natural justice and time; the scales are the traditional symbols of justice as wielded by statues of Lady Justice and the supporting hands signify the support for justice, healing and life. In the border around these motifs the name of the university is written on top and its motto in Tamil ‘அறம் வெல்லும்’ and ‘Virtue Triumphs’ are written.

INDIRA GANDHI RASHTRIYA URAN AKADEMI The foundation stone of Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi, (IGRUA), was laid by Rajiv Gandhi on November 7, 1985 at Fursatganj district Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh. The Akademi functions under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India through its governing council, is an autonomous body under the control of the Ministry of Civil Aviation. The emblem of IGRUA has Ashoka Chakra in the centre supported bywings on both sides. It has its name written in Devanagari and English on top and bottom respectively in dark red colour.

The Know Your Approvals (KYA) module includes guidance for thirty two Central Departments and thirty two States. The portal hosts applications for approvals from twenty eight Central Departments and twenty State Governments. These approvals can be applied through NSWS. Its logo has an emblem in inverted ‘s’ in black starting with an orange dot and ending with a green dot, symbolising the application and approvals of proposals through a single window. INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY) VARANASI The Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) (IIT BHU) Varanasi owes its existence to Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, the founder of the first residential University of modern India, Banaras Hindu University (BHU). Engineering education in BHU started in 1919 with the establishment of Banaras Engineering College (BENCO). The next stage of development saw the establishment of College of Technology (TECHNO) and College of Mining & Metallurgy (MINMET).
