AVANTIKA UNIVERSITY

Avantika University is a State Private university established through an Act of Legislature of the State of Madhya Pradesh in Ujjain. The university provides design centric learning to its students to confront challenges. The emblem of the university has a pictorial of a lotus and a wordmark written with red lowercase slab serif font and grey uppercase capitals. The lotus symbolises potential and in its fully blossomed form represents enlightenment and awareness. The flower is deeply rooted in Indian culture and associated with Goddess Saraswati - the God of Wisdom. The transdisciplinary approach is represented through the confluence of sections implying an immersive learning experience. The transition of colours from yellow, orange and red represents the evolution of an individual at the university. The identity reflects transformation and it is the knowledge (विद्या) that takes us through this transformation and leads us to accomplishment (सिद्धिः). Its motto in Sanskrit 'सिद्धिः भूषयते विद्याम्’ (Shloka 15, Chapter 8, Chanakya Niti) meaning ‘Learning is Enhanced by Practical Accomplishments’  is written below the motif in grey. Overall the emblem is vibrant, passionate, attractive and dynamic.
