Krea University (KU) is instituted by a team of global academicians, industrialists and intellectuals. Guided by a unique interwoven learning model, its programmes encourage creativity, critical thinking, communication, contemplation, cross-disciplinary approaches, real-world implementation and the ability to negotiate unanswered questions. IFMR Society is the sponsoring body of the University. The insignia of the university has three pairs of lines in the tones of blue interwoven are cropped by a circle forming a ‘K’. Alongside its name is written in grey sans serif font in upper and lower cases. The woven lines have a profound metaphor for the understanding of the workings of the universe and our place in it. These lines help one understand better about the world and how one is woven into it. The meeting of opposite lines woven into a whole is the quest of every spiritual seeker. Woven lines are the essential art of creating the unified one out of two opposites. In woven lives, the empty spaces are the very places where we can see with new eyes, where we can look behind the day-to-day for a moment to see our deeper truths within. The colour grey symbolises strength, longevity, unemotional, detached, balanced and impartial, power, influence, wisdom and intelligence.
